SUMMER SAUSAGE

Our old-fashioned recipes have been handed down through three generations of sausage makers. We use the freshest meats & spices to produce the very best handmade summer sausage. Then we smoke our sausage with a mixture of aromatic wood chips until it's done to perfection.
