SHIPPING INFORMATION: Our online store takes orders only for shipping within the continental United States. If you wish to place an order for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, or outside the United States, please call 920-787-5444 ext. 1013, or email stoneridge@stoneridgemarket.com.

Please be certain all addresses are complete and correct. If the address provided is incorrect, an additional charge will be billed to you when the package is delivered.

The shipping address must be a street address, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays.

Cheese & preserved sausages MUST be shipped 2-Day Service or faster. All fresh meat & sausage MUST be shipped Next Day Service. An additional packaging fee has been added to some shipping fees to cover the cost of materials.

Items requiring special shipping methods are noted. Packaging may contain special cooling packs or dry ice. Please use care when unpacking perishable items. Refrigerate items as soon as they are unpacked.

Shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at the recipient's address.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: At StoneRidge our customers are #1. If you're not satisfied with any of our products, we will refund or replace the item. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

We guarantee deliveries in good condition to correct addresses only. If you are dissatisfied with one of our products, you may return most non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For perishable items, please call our store at 920-787-5444 M-F 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your package was damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it. However, all damage claims must be filed immediately with the carrier. Original cartons must be held for inspection. Damages must be reported by email to stoneridge@stoneridgemarket.com within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

SALE PRICES: Sale prices are good while supplies last. Some limitations may apply such as minimum or maximum quanitities. Multiple purchase sales are based on multiples of a single flavor and/or package size unless specifically stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without notice.
